• Portal returning 500 errors

No matter what endpoint I use, the staging API appears to return a 500 error currently. Reproduction: * Go to the MVP API products page: * Select "MVP Dev" product * Select "MVP Staging" API * Select a route such as GetContributions or GetMVPProfile * Click the "Try it" button * In the Authorization section, in the MSFT Live OAuth button, choose "Authorization code", which launches a window and creates a code * In the subscription key dropdown, select my primary key * Note that the Ocp-Apim-Subscription-Key header appears to be populated as I expect * Note that the Authorization header appears to be populated as I expect * Click "Send" on the request. Expected behavior: see profile result Actual behavior: 500 Internal server error

  • Can't use MS Work account to sign in

Hey, My sign in to the MVP website is using the Work account. It seems that that MVP app can only accept Microsoft accounts for this... What should I do about it? Thanks!

  • Missing API endpoint for SocialNetwork entities

When you use POST to OnlineIdentities endpoint, we don't have the proper entities for the SocialNetwork object. To explain further, when using the MVP website, there is a dropdown when you choose to add a new Linked Identity (MSDN, etc) or Other identity (twitter, github, etc). How can we get these items, I would expect that there's an endpoint like we have for the SharingPreferences entities. Thanks!

  • Using Primary Key shows the wrong email address

When trying to use the Set-MVPConfiguartion wth the subscription key, it brings up the wrong email address that is not the email address of my MVP Profile. It was my previous email address, but not my current one. How do I reset this so that it will ask the profile access questions for the right email address? Thanks.

  • Not able to find user

All methods return this error : { "Message": "Not able to find user", "MessageDetail": "The e-mail address given, [EMAIL], did not match to an ID for user lookup", "StatusCode": 400 } The email is well linked to an MVP account.

  • API doesn't support CORS

I've been using window.fetch with cors mode enabled. OPTIONS on any endpoint return 404. That doesn't help building a front end application...

  • GetContributionAreas is returning bad values

See screenshot attahced. The result from the API is not retunring any valud area types, just string "Your Contribution Area" without any IDs. This results in the inability to do a POST for a new contribution as the new contribution doesnt have a valid ID for ContributionArea. Here is part of the result from the server, notice the ForeignKey contraint error. It chokes on the fact that I can't pass up a valid ID ContributionArea.Id... "The INSERT statement conflicted with the FOREIGN KEY constraint \"FK_msft_contributions_msft_technology_on_msft_technologyid\". The conflict occurred in database \"MVPProd\", table \"dbo.msft_technology\"

  • Additional info for other MVP Profile

Right now you _can_ get another MVPs profile, but there is no way to get his/her contributions or profile image. I'd like these to be added somehow!

  • GetMVPProfileById gives 500 error when a non-existent id is entered

    I would expect a 404 or something, not a HTTP 500 error
